The sign of the mill represents the passaging of time but also the four seasons. And because the sky decides of the weather, blue is the dominant color of this house. The weather changes but the road remains the same. A paved road that is just passing the threshold, like a story that has begun a long time ago, and to which you are part of today. Some elements inside the house are repeated four times, like seasons. The water mills were used to transform cereals, using mill stones, into flour. that's why you'll find stones, wheels, flour, and buckets of water. . . And if you were looking under the blue plaster from the outside you would find the old house building technique, which was protected with fine wood blades, then covered with clay. Still discovering them!

The location is in Porumbacu de Sus which is a very nice village, next to a river. It is a quiet and spaceful place and the old houses give you a feeling of real traditional village without missing all the comfort that you would like to have this days. As you will see in the picture, the yard is very large, having enough space to either socialize with other guests or have your own quite time. Also, kids can play, run and have fun. Dana, who is the host can help and guide you with all kind of things and she is also very welcoming and cool. We had fresh milk in the morning from the buffalo-cows in the village. Also we harvested some raspberries from the nabor (very cool). Overall, the place offers you a unique experience and I would recommend it instead of a regular pension or hotel.
